PCR1993139AMENDED APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE (POLE SHED) LOCATED AT W145 59604 GROVEWAY LANE FOR STEVEN MEYER RESOLUTION #P.C. 139-93 WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on June 25, 1993 by Steven Meyer to construct a 36' X 60' square at W145 59604 Groveway Lane, and foot second garage structure (pole shed) at the residence located WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the A-Agriculture zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, however the size of the shed requested exceeds the size permitted for the size of the parcel by 855 square feet, and WHEREAS, The second garage structure (pole shed) is intended to be used for the storage of 4 cars, 20 foot boat on trailer, 2 additional trailers, 4 motorcycles, agricultural equipment, and supplies and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures (pole shed). THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission 0 approve the second garage structure (pole shed), not to exceed 2,160 square feet, for Steven Meyer subject to the removal of the existing storage shed. prior to construction of the building.
