WHEREAS, Peter Panagos (Muskego Family House Restaurant) is
requesting to amend the Building, Site, and Operation plan for
the existing Muskego Restaurant located at 575 W17536 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The amendment is being proposed to modernize the
appearance of the site by removing all existing buildings and
placing a new building on the parcel, reducing the size of the
existing freestanding sign, by not including flat wall signs,
