FOR JEFFREY ARBINGER LOCATED AT S99 W13381 LOOMIS DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 135-93
WHEREAS, Mr. Jeffrey Arbinger submitted on June 22, 1993, a
request for a 16' x 24' shed to be built on his property located
at S99 W13381 Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned Agriculture and permits second
garage structures to be sized up to one percent of the land area
and this lot is non-conforming in size therefore the permitted
size of such structures is 60 percent of the footprint of the
house, and
WHEREAS, The proposed location of the shed doesn't meet the
side setback of the Agriculture Zoning District which is 30
feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed use of the building is to store garden
equipment, a utility trailer, a canoe and bicycles.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the 16' x 24' shed in an Agriculture Zoning District
subject to the shed meeting the setback and offsets of the
zoning district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, A building permit is required
prior to construction of the building.
