APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
AMERICAN SURVEYING COMPANY, INC. FOR THE MASTERS PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land
division was submitted by American Engineering for the Masters
Property on June 18, 1993, to divide land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 3 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for four (4)
parcels
by American Engineering for the Masters Property located in the
SW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway.
