APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWN OF NORWAY
AMERICAN SURVEYING FOR THE KISER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
division was submitted by American Engineering for the Kiser
Property on June 10, 1993, to divide land in the NE 1/4 of
Section 13 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
by American Engineering for the Kiser Property located in the
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) parcels
NE 1/4 of Section 13 in the Town of Norway.
