APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR QMC, INC
LOCATED AT THE EXTENSION OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Santi submitted, on June 4, 1993, a
RESOLUTION 125-93
Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction of a
12,000 square foot building adjacent to the Muskego/Business
Industrial Park to be located on Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan,
foundation plan, floor plan, building elevations, landscape
plan, lighting plans and signage plans , and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from the
extension of Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park
that are applicable to the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for QMC, 1nc.subject to:
customers in conformance with State of Wisconsin requirements.
1. Handicapped spaces to be provided for employees and
2. Garbage dumpster(s) shall be screened in conformance with
the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park and be placed on the west side of the building.
3. The Building, Site, and Operation Plans be in conformance
with the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business /
Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970, that are applicable to the
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received
June 4, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
