AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
DELTA GROUP INC. LOCATED AT W188 58393 MERCURY DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Murphy, of Delta Group Inc. submitted, on
June 3, 1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to
allow two additional entry drives, two 25' x 45' office areas,
a 25' x 70' lunch room, a 22' x 70' maintenance area, two
and relocation of employee parking, and
future control rooms, an improved the fuel storage tank area,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 6, 1990 adopted a
Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C.

Inc. to allow two additional entry drives, two 25' x 45' office
two future control rooms, an improved fuel storage tank area,
and relocation of employee parking (as depicted on the plans
dated received June 3, 1993) located at W188 58393 Mercury
Drive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval in no way
constitutes an amendment to Resolution #P.C. 102-92 regarding
and effect.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no building permit will be
