PCR1993124RESOLUTION 124-93 AMENDED APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR DELTA GROUP INC. LOCATED AT W188 58393 MERCURY DRIVE WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Murphy, of Delta Group Inc. submitted, on June 3, 1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow two additional entry drives, two 25' x 45' office areas, a 25' x 70' lunch room, a 22' x 70' maintenance area, two and relocation of employee parking, and future control rooms, an improved the fuel storage tank area, WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 6, 1990 adopted a Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. addition be asphalted within one year and amended that 44-90, with the condition that the area up to the future Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 102-92 stating eight conditions of approval and amended that 114-92 by adding two additional control rooms. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Delta Group areas, a 25' x 70' lunch room, a 22' x 70' maintenance area, Inc. to allow two additional entry drives, two 25' x 45' office two future control rooms, an improved fuel storage tank area, and relocation of employee parking (as depicted on the plans dated received June 3, 1993) located at W188 58393 Mercury Drive. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval in no way constitutes an amendment to Resolution #P.C. 102-92 regarding and effect. stipulated deadlines and that that resolution is in full force BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received June 3, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no building permit will be to the completion of the concrete and that the addition will be issued for the additions with the exception of footings prior of similar construction and elevation to the existing office areas.
