APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 123-93
YAEGER PROPERTY SUBDIVISION In THE NE 114 OF SECTION 18
May 27, 1993, to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18
into 27 single family lots in the RS-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on
WHEREAS, The Parcels are proposed to be accessed from
Hillendale Drive and the extension of Pasadena Drive, and
WHEREAS, Sewer would be provided from Hillendale Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Sketch for a Preliminary Plat for the Yaeger Property
Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18.
