PCR1993122AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 122-93 PARCELS IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 32 FOR RONALD & JUDITH PETERS APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR FOUR division for four parcels located in the SW 1/4 of Section 32, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 26, 1993, for a land WHEREAS, This proposed land division is a redivision of a previously approved Certified Survey Map, and WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet and the parcels don't appear to meet the lot size or width requirements since the required width for four approximately 384 feet of frontage and the lots appear to have lots in an RS-2 is 440 feet and the property only has approximately 18,500 square feet, and available from Racine Ave. from the Norway Sewer District, and WHEREAS, The proposed properties have sewer connections Waukesha County Department of Transportation has approved a total of three access points for any configuration of lots. WHEREAS, Access to the properties is from Racine Avenue and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will/will not be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 32 for Ronald and Judith Peters in the proposed configuration subject to a 10% variance being granted on the required average width of the lots as long as the lots meet the minimum requirements for the frontage (99 ft) and that the average size of the lots meet the required 20,000 square feet and that a grading plan is approved prior to the recording of the Certified Survey Map.
