RESOLUTION #P.C. 119-93
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR CHAMPIONS VILLAGES OF COUNTRY
CLUB VILLAGES IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 25
Resolution #P.C. 135-92 and concept zoning was granted through
WHEREAS, A Sketch for this subdivision was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 178-85 and a Preliminary Plat for 190 lots was
approved through Resolution #P.C. 237-92 and the Preliminary
Plat was approved by the Common Council through Resolution
#287-92, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 237-92, and
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission
has responded to the plat with a Conditional Certification of No
Objection if the requested items of the Waukesha County
Department of Transportation are met, and
Trade and Consumer Protection has responded to the plat with a
Conditional Certification of No Objection to the Final Plat as
long as the technical corrections are made, and
WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture,
WHEREAS, The City Engineers reviewed the plat and responded
with 6 comments on May 12, 1993, and
responded with no objections, and
WHEREAS, The State Department of Transportation has
conform with the requirements of the agencies and submitted a
WHEREAS, The developer has corrected the Final Plat to
revised Final Plat on June 9, 1993.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to the final
recommendations of the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Department of
Transportation, Waukesha County and the City Engineer, payment
of all applicable subdivision fees, and approval of a
Easement Documents, Construction Plans, Home Owners Association
Subdivider's Agreement, Letter of Credit, Deed Restrictions,
documents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That written approval must be
received from Mr. Kramer regarding the road/driveway leading to
his property, prior to Common Council approval.
