APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
THE MAY PROPERTY SUBDIVISION BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13
WHEREAS, A Sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on
May 21, 1993, to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 13
into 22 single family lots under the R-2 Zoning District, and
existing dedicated roadway via North Cape Road with two lots
WHEREAS, The Parcels are proposed to be accessed from an
accessed from Durham Drive, and

WHEREAS, The parcels appear to meet the lot size and width
requirements of the R-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc test for the parcels
have not been received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Sketch for a Preliminary Plat for the May Property
Subdivision by Metropolitan Engineering in the SE 1/4 of Section
13 and will be receptive to submittal of a Preliminary Plat
subject to favorable perc tests for all parcels and subject to
a determination being made on the low area on lots 3, 11, and 12
whether the area is a regulated wetland.
