APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1,
GOLDEN MEADOWS AT LAKE TICHIGAN ADDITION #2 BY
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Golden Meadows
at Lake Tichigan Addition #2 Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of
Section 1 in the Town of Waterford was submitted on May 21,
1993, for a 50 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial
and recommends approval to the Common Council subject to all
Final Plat in the SW 1/4 of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford
fees being paid.
