RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR FOUR PARCELS BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE KABLITZ PROPERTY
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 26,
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for the Kablitz Property for
four (4) parcel land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on March 16, 1993 approved a
Sketch for a four (4) lot land division through Resolution
Resolution #P.C. 65-93 on April 6, 1993, and
#P.C. 57-93 and approved a Certified Survey Map through
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Certified
Survey Map which is not recorded within 30 days of Plan
Commission approval, and
District, and
WHEREAS, The four lots meet the requirements of RS-2 Zoning
availability from Woods Road.
WHEREAS, The proposed land division has sewer and water
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
0 the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17 for Metropolitan Engineering for the
Kablitz Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to approval of the City Engineers and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance .
