amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction
WHEREAS, Lang Construction, on May 20, 1993, submitted an
of a 30' x 45' pole shed on the property, and
WHEREAS, Lang Construction is proposing to demolish the
existing garage and construct a 30' x 45' pole shed in the same
general location, and
WHEREAS, The pole shed will be used for the storage of
personal items of the property owner such as cars, boats, lawn
tractors, yard equipmment, and hang glider, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of the request is to create enough
storage which will eliminate the present outside storage of
these items.

Nest subject to the pole shed meeting the height and offset
requirements of the RS-2/0LR Zoning District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
