APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE

SE 1/4 OF SECTION 29 FOR DANIEL KRUEGER
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 17, 1992, for a land
division for two parcels consisting of approximately 1.84 acres
each, respectively in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned R1 which requires a
minimum lot size of 80,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 200 feet and the parcels appear to meet the lot size
and width requirements, and

WHEREAS, A favorable perc test has not been received for the

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a

Map, receipt of a favorable perc test, removal of existing shed
on the new lot, and subject to a note being placed on the face
