APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS

NORTH SUBDIVISION IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5
by Jahnke and Jahnke, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of
Section 5 into thirty-nine (39) single family lots, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on April 29, 1993,
WHEREAS, The lots meet the lot size and width requirements
of the RS-1 Zoning District and a Sketch for the Land Division
was approved through Resolution #P.C. 05-93, and
previously approved sketch, however the Preliminary Plat
contains nine (9) more lots than the approved sketch, wherein
the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements of the
RS-1 Zoning District requirements.
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of Section 5 and will be receptive to a Final Plat being
the Preliminary Plat for Lakeview Highlands North in the SW 1/4
submitted subject to:
Commission dated May 6, 1993 being addressed on the Final Plat.
1. The five remarks of the Waukesha County Park and Planning
2. The requirements of the City Engineers in their review,
being addressed on the Final Plat.
Consumer Protection being addressed on the Final Plat.
3. The requirements of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
4. The placement of a berm by the creek which will be vegetated
immediately prior to further grading of the site.
5. A note must be placed on the face of the Certified Survey
Map stating that Lot 5 may not be further divided at anytime in
the future.
