PCR1993111RESOLUTION #P.C. 111-93 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION (PHASE 1) IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 FOR TOWNE REALTY by Towne Realty, to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 11 into twenty-one (21) single family lots, and WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on April 27, 1993, of the RS-2 Zoning District and a Sketch for the Land Division WHEREAS, The lots meet the lot size and width requirements was approved through Resolution #P.C. 16-93, and previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District requirements. WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek Subdivision (Phase 1) in the NW 1/4 of Section 11 and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to: addressed on the Final Plat. 1.
