APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANDLEWOOD CREEK
SUBDIVISION (PHASE 1) IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
FOR TOWNE REALTY
by Towne Realty, to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 11
into twenty-one (21) single family lots, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on April 27, 1993,
of the RS-2 Zoning District and a Sketch for the Land Division WHEREAS, The lots meet the lot size and width requirements
