RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCELS FOR KWIK
TRIP INC. IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND NE 1/4 SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 22,
1993, by Michael J. Losik for Kwik Trip Inc. for a two (2) lot
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE 1/4 of Section
17, and
Sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
17-93 and approved a Certified Survey Map through Resolution
#P.C. 30-93 on February 16, 1993, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on February 2, 1993 approved a
Survey Map which is not recorded within 30 days of Plan
Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Certified
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of RS-3/0PD
Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division has sewer and water
availability.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
Trip Inc. and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and the NE 1/4 of Section 17 for Kwik
to approval of the City Engineers and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and subject to
RS-3/0PD Zoning.
