PCR1993109RESOLUTION #P.C.109-93 IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 FOR RAYMOND INGOLD APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR ONE (1) PARCEL WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 5, 1993 for a land division for one lot on the west side of Westwood Drive located in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 for Raymond Ingold, and approximately 18,000 square feet while leaving the remainder of WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of the property undeveloped, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division appears to meet the lot Residence Zoning District, and size requirement and the width requirements of the RS-3 Suburban from Westwood Drive. WHEREAS, The parcel would have sewer availability and access THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division for one lot in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 for Raymond 2196.953.001 and 2196.953.002 and subject to the lot meeting the Ingold subject to vacating the two lots known as Tax Key #‘s square footage and width requirements of the RS-3 Zoning District. 0 City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 05-18-93 Defeated Deferred 05-11-93
