APPROVAL OF FIREWORKS STAND AND SIGN IN PARKING LOT AT
PARKLAND MALL FOR DIXIELAND NOVELTIES BY MARY ELLEN SCHREINER
RESOLUTION #P.C. 102-93
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary Sales tent
enclosing a fireworks stand and signs advertising the sale of
Bank by Dixieland Novelties by Mary Ellen Schreiner, and
fireworks in the parking lot of Parkland Mall near St. Francis
WHEREAS, The applicant proposes two 2' X 8' foot signs and
two flags attached to the corners of the tent, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has received City approval in the
past, and
WHEREAS, The tent will not be located within the road
right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sales tent will be in operation from
June 14, 1993 to July 10, 1993 and the hours of operation will
be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
the tent, and signage for Dixieland Novelties by Mary Ellen
Schreiner in the Parkland Mall parking lot adjacent to St.
Francis Bank subject to the above conditions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
