PCR1993101I APPROVAL OF STREET TREE REQUIREMENTS RESOLUTION #P.C.101-93 requires that a subdivider shall plant the species and number of WHEREAS, Section 18:8.13 of the Land Division Ordinance street trees approved by the Plan Commission for each fifty feet of frontage on all streets proposed to be dedicated.
