APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
WIZA INDUSTRIES LOCATED AT S82 W18762 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, MR. Bob Wiza submitted, on May 7, 1993, an amended
Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction of a
202' X 39'8" addition to connect the existing buildings, and
building elevations, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan and
Drive, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property is provided from Gemini
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Wiza
Industries subject to combining Tax Key #'s 2221.019 and
2221.019.001 via Certified Survey Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended site plan (Dated
