BOEHM h HEINRICH SUBDIVISION IN THE SW h SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16
BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING
WHEREAS, A Sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on
May 6, 1993, by Metropolitan Engineering to create 71 lots on
east side of Racine Avenue and the north side- of Woods Road, and
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION (SUBDIVISION) FOR THE
WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned RS-2 and RS-3, and
sizes of 15,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet which meets
WHEREAS, The sketch proposes to create 71 lots with lot
the lot size requirements of the RS-2 and RS-3 Zoning Districts,
and
off of Racine Avenue with municipal water and sewer provided.
WHEREAS, The lots would have access off of Woods Road and
the Sketch for a Preliminary Plat for the Boehm & Heinrich
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Properties located in the SE h SW 1/4 of Section 16 subject to
the Preliminary Plat providing a suitable location for
stormwater retention/detention facilities.
