LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER IN LINE WITH SANDRA ROBERTS HAIR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 98-93
DESIGN
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Donald Bourgeois
Jr. for Sam Mankarious to locate a temporary sales tent and
signs advertising the sale of fireworks, and
WHEREAS, One sign will be freestanding and one a banner in
the parking lot of the Lincoln Point Shopping Center near the
entrance and the tent will be 30' x 15' with a 20' x 8' storage
container, and
WHEREAS, Fireworks sales were operated at this location last
year without any reported problems, and
WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be:
-July 3rd and July 4th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:OO Midnight and
-June 19, 1993 to July 10, 1993 from 9:00 AM until 11:OO PM.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the request for temporary signs and stand at the Lincoln Point
Shopping Center for fireworks sales for Donald Bourgeois Jr.
subject to the above conditions.
