APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THREE (3) PARCELS BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR DAVID C. LUDWIG &
JUDITH M. STRAMPE IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 5,
M. Strampe for a three (3) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for David C. Ludwig & Judith
Section 11, and
sketch for a three (3) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 234-92, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on October 20, 1992 approved a

requirements of RS-2 Suburban Residence Zoning District, and
sewer, with access to the property for two of the lots from
Mystic Drive and the other being from Woods Road.
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be served by municipal
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land division
in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering for
David C. Ludwig & Judith M. Strampe and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineer and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
