AMENDED
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE LUTSCH ESTATE IN THE NE 1/4
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF FOUR (4) PARCELS BY
OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 5, 1993,
by Metropolitan Engineering for the Lutsch Estate for a four (4)
lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
sketch for a eleven (11) lot land division through Resolution
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on April 20, 1993 approved a
#P.C. 43-93, and
WHEREAS, The four lots meet the lot size and width
requirements of RS-3 Suburban Residence Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The parcels have sewer availability and access from
Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering for the
Lutsch Estate and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to a grading plan for Lots 1, 2, ti 3 being submitted
and approved, approval of the City Engineer and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. 0
