APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR

LANDSHIRE FAST FOODS OF MILWAUKEE LOCATED AT
of Milwaukee submitted, on May 5, 1993, an amended Building,
Site, and Operation plan to allow a 24' x 80' freezer to be
added to the exterior of the existing building located on Tess
Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Steven Meyer, president of Landshire Fast Foods
Services and the applicant is proposing interior remodeling as
WHEREAS, The property is Zoned 1-1 and is the site of Snow
well as the freezer addition, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from Tess
Corners Drive, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for Landshire
Fast Foods of Milwaukee to allow a 24' x 80' freezer to be added
to the existing building located on Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any change in signage be
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
