PCR1993093APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR GREAT LAKES
DART DISTRIBUTORS IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, TDI Associates, Inc. submitted, on April 26, 1993,
a Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction of a
Park to be located on Enterprise Drive, and
30,400 square foot building in the Muskego/Business Industrial
RESOLUTION 93-93
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan, site
grading plan, floor plan, building elevations, landscape plan,
and lighting plans and do not include signage plans, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from
Enterprise Drive, and
previously for this building and becomes null and void with the
adoption of this resolution, and
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation Plan was approved
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for the Great Lakes Dart
Distributors subject to:
1. Handicapped spaces to be provided for employees and customers
in conformance with State of Wisconsin requirements.
2. Garbage dumpster(s) shall be screened in conformance with
the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park and be placed on the south side of the building.
3. The Building, Site, and Operation Plans be in conformance
with the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business /
Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That signage be submitted to the
Plan Commission for approval.
