APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, The following approvals have been granted for
Lakeview Highlands and Lakeview Highlands Addition #1:
LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS
1. Sketch (for both subdivisions) was approved through
2. Preliminary Plat for 30 lots was approved through Resolution
3. Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Council through

WHEREAS, The Final Plat combines the previously approved
Preliminary Plats and substantially conforms to the Preliminary
Plats approved in Resolution #P.C. 195-89 and Resolution #P.C.
136-91, and
has responded to the Final Plat with a certification of No
Objection as long as a note is placed on the face of the Final
Plat indicating that the Outlots must be owned and maintained by
all property owners, and
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission
WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture,
Trade and Consumer Protection has not yet certified that they
have no objections to the Final Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to the
recommendations of the State of Wisconsin - Department of
Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Waukesha County Park
and Planning, the Waukesha County Department of Transportation
and the City Engineer's review dated April 20, 1993, payment of
all applicable subdivision fees, and approval of a Subdivider's
Agreement and Letter of Credit.
