APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
ARNO TELLIER SUBDIVISION IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 13
RESOLUTION #P.C. 91-93
April 23, 1993, to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 13
WHEREAS, A Sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on
into 7 single family lots and 1 outlot for the purpose of common
pasture land under the R-2 Zoning District, and
extended Northview Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Parcels are proposed to be accessed from an
WHEREAS, The parcels meet the lot size and width
requirements of the R-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc test for the parcels
have not been received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Arno Tellier Subdivision
in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 and will be receptive to submittal
of a Preliminary Plat subject to depicting the extension of
Northview Drive as a 60 foot dedicated right-of-way to the west
property line along with review by the Public Works Committee
of whether the road will be paved to the west property line,
delineation of all wetlands by either the DNR, U.S. A.C.O.E.,
or SEWRPC, and providing a drainage easement suitable to the
Superintendent of Public Works for the stream/drainage
way.
