PCR1993090AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 90-93 APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT S72 W13848 WOODS ROAD FOR JAMES MINELLI submitted on April 14, 1993 by James Minelli to construct a WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was second garage structure at the residence located at SI2 W13848 Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's setbacks of the zoning district (L - Lowland) and the residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for the storage of cars and other non-commmerical vehicles and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Minelli subject to obtaining any variances including firewall second garage structure, not to exceed 1125 square feet, for James variance (if necessary) and height variance.
