APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCELS BY METROPOLITAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 89-93
ENGINEERING FOR BLENDA TREBA IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 8
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 22,
lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 8, and
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for Blenda Treba for a two (2)
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 4, 1992, approved a
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
174-92, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the lot size and width
requirements of RS-2 Zoning District, and
sewer with access to the property being from Hillendale Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the NW 1/4 of Section 8 by Metropolitan Engineering for Blenda
Treba and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
approval of the City Engineer, approval of all other necessary
agencies, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by Municipal
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face of
the Certified Survey Map stating that the side setback on the
south property line to be 20' and 15' on the other two sides.
