APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF PARCEL 1 AND 2 FOR
HARRY & MARY SCHOLFIELD IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 12,
1993, for Harry & Mary Scholfield for a two (2) lot land
division in the SE 1/4 of Section 1, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 4, 1993 approved a
86-93, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the lot size and width
requirements of RS-2 Suburban Residence Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Both parcels have sewer availability and access
from Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval of
the SE 1/4 of Section 1 for Harry & Mary Scholfield and
the City Engineer and payment of all applicable fees in Section
10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
