APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) PARCELS
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1 FOR HARRY & MARY SCHOLFIELD
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 12, 1993 for a land
division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 for Harry &
Mary Scholfield, and
approximately 33,163 square feet and a second parcel of
approximately 35,493 square feet on the south side of Woods
Road, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
width requirements of the RS-2 Suburban Residence Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
WHEREAS, Both Parcels have sewer availability and access
from Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
& Mary Scholfield.
