PCR1993084AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR WAYNE AND JORDAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 84-93 KOPAC FOR THREE PARCELS (3) IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 9, 1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for Wayne and Jordan Kopac for a three (3) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 26, and Sketch for a three (3) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. 52-93, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 16, 1993 approved a WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of approximately 10 acres, one parcel of approximately 8 acres and third parcel of approximately 14 acres all on the east side of Thode Drive, and WHEREAS, The 14 acre parcel will be part of a remnant parcel of lands on the west side of Thode Drive which is not proposed to be developed at this time, and WHEREAS, The three lots meet the lot size and width requirements of the A-Agriculture and EA-Exclusive Agriculture Zoning District. WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc test for both parcels has been received. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 for Wayne and Jordan Kopac and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineer, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approval is subject to obtaining a copy of the mound system approval letter recording the Certified Survey Map, a note being placed on the for the 10 acre and 8 acre parcels from Waukesha County prior to face of the Certified Survey Map stating that the remainder parcels are not buildable until a favorable perc test is description for the lands west of Thode Drive, the mound received by the City, incorporation of Parcel 3 into the legal delineation of the wetlands on the Certified Survey Map. locations to be shown on the Certified Survey Map and City of Muskego Plan Commission Defeated Adopted 04-20-93
