APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY SIGNS FOR MOONEY LESAGE GROUP
LOCATED AT THE LAKE FOREST COMMERCIAL SITE ON THE NW CORNER OF
JANESVILLE ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The Mooney LeSage Group is the agent for KDDT and
are painted plywood 4'x 8' in size and are to be used for
is requesting approval for one year for two on-site signs which
advertising the Lake Forest Commercial site, and
the signage setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The signs are to be installed in conformance with
type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year for

temporary on-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
two (2) 4' X 8' temporary signs to be located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 8 and the SE 1/4 of Section 17 at the NW corner of
Racine Avenue and Janesville Road and that the signs be placed

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the on-site signs shall be
allowed for a period not to exceed one (1) year as specified in
Section 17:6.09 (12) C. and that the sign shall be designed and
located in conformance with the submitted application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the signs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the existing "Lake Forest
Square" sign be removed within 30 days unless an extension is
applied for through the Plan Commission.
