RAAB INVESTMENTS BY VENTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
AMENDED
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
WHEREAS, Venture Development submitted, on April 9, 1993, a
Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction of a
Park to be located on Challenger Drive, and
32,221 square foot building in the Muskego/Business Industrial
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan, floor
plan, building elevations,landscape plan, lighting plan, and
grading plan but did not include a signage plan, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans meet the requirements of the
Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park
with the exception of building setbacks which was granted a
variance by the Board of Appeals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for Venture Development
to allow construction of a 32,221 square foot building in the
Muskego/Business Industrial Park to be located on Challenger
Drive subject to submittal of signage plans to the Plan
Commission for approval prior to any signage being installed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a cross access easement be
prepared by Venture Development and recorded at the developer's
expense for the shared access of the adjoining parcel to the
north.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received
April 9, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
