APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR JOSEPH A. SANTI
FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 5, 1993 for a Land
Division for two parcels in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 adjacent to
the Muskego Industrial Park for Joseph A. Santi which was
approved through Resolution #P.C. 19-93, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was also submitted on April
5, 1993, for this land division, and
size requirements of RS-2 and 1-1 Zoning Districts, and
WHEREAS, The parcels meet the minimum average width and lot
available with the completion of Enterprise Drive.
WHEREAS, The proposed lot has all utilities and access
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for two parcels in the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 for Joseph A. Santi and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineer.
