PCR1993079AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-93 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR JOSEPH A. SANTI ~~~~~~~~~ FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 on April 5, 1993 for a Land Division for two parcels in the SE WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted as a Sketch 1/4 of Section 17 adjacent to the Muskego Business/Industrial Park along Enterprise Drive extended for Joseph A. Santi, and approximately 136,375 sq. ft. which is.zoned RS-2 and a second parcel of 186,060 sq. ft. which is zoned 1-1, and WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of WHEREAS, The parcels meet the minimum average width and lot size requirements of RS-2 and 1-1 Zoning Districts, and WHEREAS, The proposed lot has all utilities and access available with the completion of Enterprise Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 adjacent to the Muskego Business/Industrial Park along Enterprise Drive extended for Joseph A.
