PUFALL IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9
Resolution #P.C. 98-92-A to divide land in the SW 1/4 of Section 9,
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was approved on 05/19/92 by
and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map has not been recorded with
the Waukesha County Register of Deeds because the City and the
developer have been working on the terms of a Subdivider's
Agreement and Letter of Credit, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.9 of the City's Land Division Ordinance
requires that a Certified Survey Map be recorded within 30 days of
its approval of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds by the City's
that the Certified Survey Map be re-approved and that it be
Land Division Ordinance and that all recording fees be paid by the
Planning Department in accordance with Section 3.9 of the City's
applicant.
