APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
MARGARET KAU IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) parcel land
division was submitted by Margaret Kau on March 25, 1993, to
divide land in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Srvey Map for one (1) parcel
for Margaret Kau in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of
Norway.
