AMERICAN SURVEYING CO., INC. (DEAK PROPERTY) IN THE
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWN OF NORWAY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 70-93
division was submitted by American Surveying Co., Inc. on March
25, 1993, to divide land in the SW 1/4 of Section 14 in the Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
Subdivision Regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for four (4) parcel
for American Surveying Co., Inc. in the SW 1/4 of Section 14 in
the Town of Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
