APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18,
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for
Waubeesee Lake Park Estates Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
Section 18 in the Town of Norway was submitted on March 25,
1993, for a 6 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat has been submitted to the
Racine County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial
Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council subject to
Preliminary Plat in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 in the Town of
all fees being paid.
