APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT
TICHIGAN TRAIL ESTATES, SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12,
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Tichigan Trail
Waterford was submitted on March 23, 1993, for a 10 lot
Estates Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A revised Preliminary Plat was approved in
Resolution #P.C. 02-93 on January 5, 1993 by the Plan
Commission and the Common Council on January 12, 1993 in
Resolution #1-93, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat and the revised Preliminary
Plat indicated 10 single family lots, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved Preliminary Plat and Revised Preliminary
Plat, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial
Final Plat in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford
and recommends approval to the Common Council subject to all
fees being paid.
