METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING (MEINEN PROPERTY) IN THE
division was submitted by Metropolitan Engineering on March 26,
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land
1993, to divide land in the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town of
Norway, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the city's
subdivision regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for three (3) parcel
for Metropolitan Engineering in the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in the
Town Of Norway.
