WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 26,

the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17 for Metropolitan Engineering for
Common Council subject to providing a 30' drainage easement
Ervin P. & Eileen M. Kablitz and recommend approval to the
accross lot 4, approval of the City Engineer, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
