Resolution #P.C. 208-92 and a Preliminary Plat for 35 lots was
approved through Resolution #P.C. 14-93 and the Preliminary Plat
was approved by the Common Council through Resolution #24-93,
and
WHEREAS, A sketch for this subdivision was approved through
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 14-93, and
has responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection
as long as a note is placed on the face of the Final Plat
indicating that Outlot 1 must be owned by an adjacent property
owner, and
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission
Trade and Consumer Protection has not yet certified that they
have no objections to the Final Plat.
WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to the
Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Waukesha County and
recommendations of the State of Wisconsin, Department of
the City Engineer's review dated March 17, 1993 and December 22,
1992, payment of all applicable subdivision fees, and approval
