APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 576 W18004
JANESVILLE ROAD FOR JOHN INGERSOLL, JR.
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on March 17, 1993 by John S Ingersoll, Jr. to construct a second
garage structure at the residence located at S76 W18004 Janesville
Road, and
setbacks of the zoning districts and the architectural appearance
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding
area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for
motorhome, boat and trailer, automobiles, snowmobile trailer,
the storage of residential equipment and supplies including a
pick-up truck, auto hauler trailer, and 2 garden tractors and the

second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure not to exceed 2010 square feet for John S.
