TO ALLOW FOR AN ADDITION TO BE CONSTRUCTED TO THE CABINET SHOP
LOCATED AT 5106 W16440 MUSKEG0 DAM ROAD FOR TOM LUDWIG
AMENDED
APPROVAL OF EXPANSION TO CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #79
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition from Mr. Tom Ludwig for an expansion to
existing Conditional Use Grant # 79 to allow for a 24' X 40'
Pole shed and 18' x 40' lean to addition to be constructed to
the Cabinet Shop located at 5106 W16440 Muskego Dam Road, and
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
property have been notified of the Public Hearing, and a Public
Hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the
City's Code of Ordinances, and
of a Conditional Use in the A/OHS Zoning District upon the
approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The City's Zoning Ordinance permits the expansion
WHEREAS, The regulations provide that a Building, Site and
Operation plan be submitted for approval by the Plan Commission

in conjunction with the Conditional Use Grant request and the
Operation plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant an expansion to Conditional
Use Grant #I9 to allow an addition to be constructed to the
Cabinet Shop located at S106 W16440 Muskego Dam Road and that
the approval be subject to the conditions of Section 17:6.03 of
variance being obtained from the Board of Appeals.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, The Plan Commission also
approves the Building, Site, and Operation plan as required in
Section 17:6.03(3)A.2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, The Conditional Use Permit be
recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds which shall
include the operational conditions of the grant and reference to
the approved Building, Site and Operation plan which is to be
kept on file at the City of Muskego.
