WAUKESHA COUNTY/MUSKEGO GROUP NEXT TO THE "FUND THERMOMETER"
SIGN AND TIME EXTENSION FOR THE "FUND THERMOMETER" SIGN AT THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 60-93
ST. FRANCIS BANK AT S74 W17100 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Habitat for
Humanity-Waukesha County/Muskego Group for the placement of two
temporary signs between April 12th until August 12th, 1993 to be
installed on the lawn of the St. Francis Bank facing Janesville
Road near east boundary of the Bank Lot, and
and a picture of this sign is included with the application, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be 6' x 8' in size made of plywood,
WHEREAS, The sign will be a list of the donors, and
WHEREAS, The request also includes a time extension on the
"Fund Thermometer" sign for the same time period, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary sign for a period not to exceed nine
months for off-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
two temporary 6' x 8' signs on the St. Francis Bank lot
August 12th, 1993 which shall be in conformance with Section
including a time extension on the "Fund Thermometer" sign until
17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign be placed in
conformance with the submitted sketches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting.
